Refund policy
All Fig & Forge products are custom-made using customer-provided information. Please inspect your entire order upon delivery to ensure it matches what you ordered.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 180 days of purchase for a replacement, refund, or store credit. Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing.
